The journey of DealerSwift began with a first-hand experience of the challenges dealerships face daily. Our founder, having worked his way through the ranks—from salesperson to finance manager, to used car sales manager—experienced firsthand the limitations and inefficiencies of dealership management systems. Every tool he used had gaps, workarounds, and frustrating bottlenecks that slowed down the sales process, impacted customer experience, and hindered dealership growth.

Frustrated by these obstacles, he set out to build something better—a Dealer Management System (DMS) that truly understands dealership workflows and provides a seamless, intuitive, and efficient experience.
